Super simple recipe for caramel Monkey Bread that only has a handful of ingredients. No need to make your own dough either!

Serves: About 12
  • 2 Thawed loafs of frozen bread dough
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 Large pkg. of Vanilla Pie Pudding (Not Instant)
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbs Milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Walnuts (optional)
  1. Allow the 2 thawed bread loafs to rise for 2 - 4 hours.
  2. Grease a 13” x 9” pan, sprinkle chopped walnuts in pan if you choose to use them.
  3. Cut loafs into about ¼" pieces (I use a scissor), put the pieces into the greased pan.
  4. Cook the butter, pudding, sugar, and milk until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour over the cut dough.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F for 30 minutes.
  7. When done, turn over onto a cookie sheet
  8. Eat and ejnoy!
