I’m a wife and mother of 4 who works 50+ hours a week, goes to school part-time and this recipe is superbly simple & quick! What parent can’t appreciate that? Thank you soooooooooo much! My husband is a HUGE fan of shepherd’s pie and this is easy for him to do despite working 40hours a week-he’s getting his feet wet so to speak in the kitchen. From my family to you, thank you again.

I put a Mexican twist by adding Taco Seasoning 2 Tbsp. and 1/2 c. Green Chili peppers, add more or less to your taste, I used canned succatssh, red beans and black beans, I saved the water front the cans to make the gravy from the boxed Betty Crocker instant potatoes which included the gravy pack. Deliously easy! I am a widow man so I will be feast off and on until gone. :)
